Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo & SMS)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Email Marketing Specialist to own the lifecycle marketing for a portfolio of high‑growth e‑commerce brands. You will design and execute retention programs that drive repeat purchases, increase customer lifetime value, and boost revenue through Klaviyo and SMS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage monthly email and SMS campaign calendars across multiple brands.
• Write high‑conversion copy for one‑off campaigns and automated flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, win‑back and VIP sequences.
• Audit, optimise and expand existing automation systems to improve performance at every stage of the customer journey.
• Analyse performance data, generate actionable insights and present strategic recommendations to founders and marketing leads.
• Lead strategy calls, act as a trusted advisor and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and executing retention strategies for e‑commerce or DTC brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft brand‑aligned copy.
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and leading client strategy sessions.
