About the role

The company is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to join its maintenance team. The role involves interpreting electrical diagrams, performing diagnostics, and implementing improvements on a variety of industrial equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and apply electrical diagrams for maintenance, diagnosis, and equipment improvement.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and electrical troubleshooting on machines, devices, and systems.
• Prepare reports on the condition of electrical panels, connections, and installations.
• Propose and implement enhancements to increase reliability, safety, and performance of electrical systems.
• Participate in the construction, modification, and installation of electrical controls for production processes.
• Program and configure equipment according to operational needs.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment availability.
• Design, execute, and monitor improvement projects for electromechanical installations.
• Identify and correct electrical hazards to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Electromechanics (INA, vocational high school, or equivalent).
• Preferably a university degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance or related tasks.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions and report progress promptly.
