Early Careers Intern - Campus Recruitment

About the role

Moody's is looking for an Early Careers Intern in Heredia, Costa Rica, to join its Early Careers team. The team attracts and develops campus and entry-level talent, supporting campus recruitment, university partnerships, career fairs, internship programming, employer branding and the intern experience. The internship focuses on Talent Attraction and campus recruitment, with work across recruitment, university engagement, employer branding, social media and talent development. The expected start date is March 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Early Careers team in developing and running campus recruitment and Talent Attraction initiatives.
• Help plan, coordinate and run career fairs, university events and other Early Careers activities.
• Work with colleagues to strengthen Moody's presence and engagement with students and early-career talent.
• Support social media and recruitment marketing, creating content that promotes Early Careers opportunities and the employer brand.
• Collaborate with Talent Development and other People teams on initiatives for the learning and experience of interns and early-career talent.
• Build relationships with colleagues across Moody's and support global internship activities, learning opportunities and events.
• Explore how AI and digital tools can improve recruiting processes, candidate experience and team efficiency.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student currently enrolled, working toward a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Finance or a related field.
• Expected graduation in 2028.
• Previous relevant experience, including internships, in Talent Attraction, HR, recruitment, employer branding or related areas is preferred.
• Interest in event planning, project management within HR, and strong attention to detail, organization and time management.
• Verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Exposure to financial services, banking or financial markets is a plus; basic understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with tools such as Claude and Copilot is preferred.
