About the role
Join Ericsson as a Domain Support Core Engineer and help enhance operational activities for the local operations team. You will ensure teams have the right resources, training, processes, tools and systems to perform effectively while supporting field services and driving high performance.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the technical escalation point for Core services.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents promptly.
- Support preventive maintenance activities.
- Perform impact assessments for service changes.
- Participate in problem‑management initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross‑domain teams.
- Support service automation efforts.
Required profile
- Experience in Core Network operations.
- Knowledge of EPC, IMS and 5GC technologies.
- Incident and problem‑management experience.
- Familiarity with OSS operational tools.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
