About the role
Join Ericsson as a Domain Support Specialist focused on Core Network services. You will act as the technical escalation point, ensuring stability, performance and continuous improvement of the network.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve Core‑related incidents as the primary escalation resource.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and perform impact assessments for service changes.
- Participate in problem‑management initiatives and coordinate with cross‑domain teams.
- Contribute to service automation efforts.
Required profile
- Experience in Core Network operations, preferably with EPC, IMS and 5GC technologies.
- Proven incident and problem management background.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
