Lead the growth of a leading organization and shape the future of the business. We are seeking a senior executive to direct the commercial strategy of a prominent banking, finance and insurance company recognized for its solid track record and regional growth vision.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the commercial strategy for the country.
• Drive growth and profitability across multiple distribution channels.
• Strengthen strategic relationships with brokers, commercial partners and corporate clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets, portfolio retention and overall profitability.
• Lead high‑performing commercial teams through close, inspiring management.
• Participate actively in strategic decisions that impact business results.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Business Management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• More than 5 years of experience leading commercial functions within banking, insurance, finance or high‑complexity services.
• Proven ability to develop growth strategies and manage commercial channels.
• Track record of leading sales and business development teams.
• Experience negotiating and managing relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners.

Required skills
