About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Vehicle Sales Advisor to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them discover the right vehicle—whether combustion‑engine or electric—based on their needs and preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, understand buyer needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of both combustion and electric vehicles, including specifications, benefits, and financing options.
• Manage and follow up on leads generated from websites, social media, events, and other sources.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and advantages.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and meet established targets.
• Record and update customer interactions and lead status accurately in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the automotive industry.

Required profile

• Previous experience selling used vehicles and conducting appraisals.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Passion for the automotive sector, especially electric vehicles.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and events.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
