ENG, a leading BIM services provider for the AEC industry, is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to drive its sales and marketing strategy using digital resources and AI. The role focuses on automation, optimization, and analytical insights to enhance sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations.
• Oversee selection, implementation, and management of sales technologies, including CRM systems and AI tools.
• Leverage data analytics for strategic decision‑making, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Lead and develop the sales operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Manage the sales operations budget and allocate resources effectively.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior sales operations or sales enablement roles.
