Professional Services Team Lead

About the role

Lead a high‑performing Professional Services team in Arbolus’s Costa Rica office, delivering fast, precise research projects for U.S. private equity and consulting clients and driving account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle – kickoff, scoping, planning, sourcing experts, and client feedback loops.
• Ensure rapid expert outreach and screening to meet tight deal timelines.
• Set ambitious team goals, track performance with data, and address under‑performance early.
• Coach Associates and Senior Associates with structured, data‑backed feedback and help them progress to leadership roles.
• Partner with commercial teams to expand client usage, introduce new Arbolus products, and capture market insights.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1) with confidence to run delivery and sales conversations with U.S. clients.
• Proven experience developing people, leading small teams or mentoring colleagues.
• Solid project‑management background, ideally in research, consulting or client‑services for U.S. customers.
• Experience in sales, marketing or business development with U.S. clients and a commercial instinct.
• Data‑driven decision‑making, comfortable with AI and new tools.
