Director, LATAM Operations Strategy & Chief of Staff

About the role

In this pivotal position you will shape the strategic direction and operational performance of a growing regional service organization across Latin America. Reporting to the LATAM Region Lead, you will own the multi‑year growth roadmap for the Costa Rica hub and drive large‑scale business process transitions and enterprise transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi‑year growth strategy for the Costa Rica hub.
• Lead large‑scale business process transitions, service integrations, and operating model transformations.
• Provide executive oversight across two service delivery locations, ensuring alignment of priorities, governance standards, and operational objectives.
• Enable the Region Lead to focus on enterprise‑level priorities by managing day‑to‑day strategic initiatives and performance governance.
• Lead the operating cadence of the regional leadership team and facilitate strategic planning cycles.
• Represent the region in executive forums and cross‑functional governance bodies.

Required profile

• Extensive senior operational or strategic leadership experience in a global business services or shared services environment.
• Proven track record of driving regional growth and organizational transformation.
• Expertise in large‑scale business process transitions, service integrations, and governance design.
• Strong ability to build and execute multi‑year strategic plans with measurable outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of performance management frameworks, KPI design, and operational dashboards.
• Effective executive communicator and influencer across finance, HR, commercial, procurement, and technology functions.
• Experience in a Chief of Staff or equivalent strategic advisory role.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience; proficiency in English.
