Digital Marketing & Content Specialist (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

NILO® is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to drive influencer and paid‑media initiatives across the US market while working remotely from LATAM. You will collaborate with the Brand Designer to shape social media strategies, boost e‑commerce performance, and expand brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage influencers aligned with the brand across multiple niches.
• Negotiate collaborations, manage contracts, and coordinate deliverables and timelines.
• Review influencer content to ensure brand compliance and maintain an organized influencer database.
• Create, launch, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Instagram & Facebook) and TikTok Ads.
• Monitor performance, adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets, and track key metrics.
• Support online shop growth through strategic paid‑media tactics.
• Partner with the Brand Designer to plan and schedule social media content, generate creative ideas for reels, TikToks, and trending formats.
• Produce bi‑weekly and monthly performance reports, analyze results, and recommend growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, paid media, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record managing Meta and/or TikTok ad campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating influencer and UGC collaborations.
• Strong grasp of Instagram, TikTok, and current social‑media trends.
• Creative mindset combined with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and English proficiency (intermediate‑advanced).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience with US‑focused brands or the wellness/beverage/CPG sector is a plus.
