Digital Experience Project Manager, Email & Mobile

About the role

Roche is seeking a Digital Experience Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and optimisation of email and SMS campaigns for its Genentech and Roche brands. You will work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, and external agencies to deliver compliant, high‑quality communications that drive engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise lifecycle email and SMS marketing campaigns, managing the full cycle from intake to deployment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Owners, execution teams and agencies to prioritise and coordinate initiatives.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, balancing business priorities, stakeholder expectations and technical constraints.
• Design, document and continuously improve toolkits, standards, processes, campaign calendars and playbooks.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and vendors, applying change‑management practices to ensure adoption of new tools and processes.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in both Email and SMS marketing campaign execution.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of mobile regulations such as TCPA and GDPR.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using A/B testing and performance analytics to generate insights.

Required skills

• Marketing automation platforms: Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable.
• SMS delivery platform: Twilio.
• Experience with email and SMS campaign setup, segmentation, QA, optimisation and performance monitoring.
• A/B testing and analytics tools.
