About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position supports dentists in delivering high‑quality patient care within the San José Metropolitan Area. The Dental Assistant works closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth operations of treatment rooms and patient interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and assist during dental procedures.
• Sterilize instruments and equipment following infection‑control protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide oral‑care education.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout appointments.
• Keep the clinical environment clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.

Required profile

• Knowledge of basic dental care principles and oral‑care practices.
• Proficiency in patient communication and multitasking.
• Experience with sterilization and infection‑control procedures.
• Hands‑on expertise in dental assisting tasks.
• Certification or diploma in Dental Assisting preferred.
• Familiarity with dental software systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
