Data Entry Specialist

About the role

The Data Entry Specialist will ensure the accuracy and integrity of manufacturing data that supports planning, procurement, inventory, and production processes. Working closely with the Supply Chain Analyst, you will maintain item master records, Bills of Material (BOMs), and inventory adjustments in Oracle Fusion ERP.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain item master records in Oracle Fusion, including attributes, planning parameters, sourcing details, and product classifications.
• Create and maintain multi‑level BOMs with correct part numbers, components, quantities, and effective dates.
• Process ERP updates such as lead times, supplier assignments, status changes, and other master‑data activities.
• Execute approved engineered changes and support ongoing product and BOM revisions.
• Perform data validation, audits, and quality checks; investigate discrepancies and support data cleanup and migration initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English for communication with clients and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high‑volume, repetitive transactions accurately.
• Ability to follow established procedures and standardized processes consistently.
