Data Engineer - Remote Work

About the role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our Development team and participate in projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. The role involves collaborating with developers, tech leads, and solution architects to build applications and improve existing structures.

Key responsibilities

• Interview other Data Scientists and Data Engineers to vet their technical abilities.
• Input data from those interviews into the product and help develop a predictive, fair, and enjoyable solution.
• Work together with developers, tech leads, and solution architects to build applications.
• Improve existing structures by adding new functionalities or proposing technological updates, impacting core business.
• Enhance user experience on scalable, high‑availability platforms, contributing to each business’s key differential.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience working as a developer.
• 3+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer.
• Proficient with analysis, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving.
• Hands‑on experience managing data loads and ensuring data quality.
• Advanced English level.
