Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Data Analyst to unlock the full potential of our data and support our analytics strategy. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, translating business needs into robust data pipelines and insightful reports.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed data requirements for ingestion, transformation, and scheduling.
• Design, develop, and maintain intuitive data models and semantic layers to enable self‑service analytics.
• Validate data accuracy, consistency, and readiness, performing tests to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Create and optimize reports and dashboards using Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, or Looker.
• Identify redundant reporting, consolidate where possible, and produce clear technical documentation.
• Promote self‑service data accessibility and collaborate with IT to define data integration needs for the enterprise data warehouse.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data & Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 + years of experience as a Data Analytics Engineer or similar role.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills, with advanced English proficiency (B2/C1).
