Data Analyst Intern

About the role

TransUnion is looking for a Data Analyst Intern to support the Global Capability Center (GCC) by executing repetitive, low‑judgment data processes. This entry‑level role helps free up analytical talent for high‑impact projects while ensuring operational stability and reducing risk.

Key responsibilities

• Execute recurring operational data tasks such as file downloads, uploads, and data refreshes.
• Run existing scripts, queries, or processes following documented procedures.
• Prepare data inputs using standardized templates and perform basic integrity checks (format, completeness, volume).
• Maintain calendars for recurring processes and deliverables.
• Distribute standard reports through defined channels.
• Log operational activities, keep SOP documentation up to date, and identify/escalate issues.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Fundamental Excel skills (filters, formatting, basic tables).
• Experience with file and folder management in shared environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently.
