About the role
The Identity & Access Manager leads the operational execution of the organization’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) functions, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access across enterprise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee IAM analysts/engineers and drive adoption of Zero Trust principles.
- Partner with technology and business stakeholders to enforce least‑privilege access, strengthen authentication methods, and improve identity governance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering or an MBA.
- At least eight years of experience in Information Technology, including coordinating/managing IT projects and leading technical teams.
Required skills
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and least‑privilege access models.
