Client Tech Support – Professional I

About the role

The Client Tech Support – Professional I provides advanced technical assistance for enterprise platforms, handling production incidents, validating system configurations, and ensuring stability across application, infrastructure, and data layers. The role includes 24x7 rotating on‑call support for customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents in multi‑tier environments.
• Validate system configurations, manage security certificates, and perform environment validation.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and cross‑functional teams to investigate and resolve issues.
• Produce operational and performance reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Maintain ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Client360 and document incident handling.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in application, systems, or production support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (B2 level).
• Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• IIS administration and SSL/TLS certificate management.
• Windows Server administration and TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
• SQL database querying and troubleshooting.
• Basic scripting with PowerShell and VBScript.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Client360.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for reporting.
