Customer Service Representative – Remote (US customers)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a supportive team that assists U.S. customers via inbound calls. The position is fully remote, offering a stable schedule and long‑term growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from U.S. customers with professionalism and empathy.
• De‑escalate upset callers and provide clear, solution‑focused support.
• Follow call scripts and accurately document conversations.
• Create service tickets in Salesforce (training provided).
• Coordinate technician visits and keep customers informed of next steps.
• Maintain reliable attendance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) – spoken and written.
• At least 1 year of phone‑based customer service experience.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Calm under pressure, patient, and able to de‑escalate concerns.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private home workspace.
