About the role
Provide high‑quality, accurate resolutions to customers through phone, email or chat while adhering to client policies and procedures. The role is based on‑site in the Moravia building.
Key responsibilities
- Identify problems and offer solutions to customer inquiries via the designated communication channels.
- Document customer requests accurately in the database.
- Meet individual and team performance targets for service, productivity and quality.
- Follow up on issues until they are fully resolved, including requests, payments and information changes.
- Communicate with coaches, team members and other teams about problems, solutions and trends.
- Maintain equipment in excellent condition and keep account information confidential.
Required profile
- Fluent verbal and written English (minimum 85% proficiency).
- High school diploma, 18 years or older.
- Previous customer service experience in BPO environments.
- Basic mathematical, listening, negotiation and adaptability skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Strong data‑entry accuracy.
