About the role
Equifax is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Heredia. The role covers answering customer calls and video chats, helping customers set up and use their products, solving issues and keeping accurate records of every conversation.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and video chats to explain product features and services.
- Guide customers through setting up and using their products after a purchase.
- Find and fix customer issues, getting help from other teams when problems are complex.
- Keep detailed notes on all customer conversations for documentation.
- Work with colleagues and other teams, including mentoring junior staff, to deliver a great customer experience.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
What could set you apart
- Basic knowledge of G-Suite programs (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
