Portuguese Customer Service Representative - Logistics

About the role

Accenture is hiring a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representative for its logistics team in San Jose. The role supports customers and clients by handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering personalized service on transportation requests and assisting approved members.

Key responsibilities

• Answer 80+ inbound calls courteously and professionally, helping customers with transportation inquiries
• Coordinate transportation arrangements using CRM software
• Follow up, update customers and resolve complaints and escalations, involving management when needed
• Document customer interactions and actions taken
• Dispatch transportation assignments and establish partnerships with vendors
• Handle outbound and inbound communications across channels and work cross-functionally on programs and special projects
• Update program databases according to policy and procedures
• Perform clerical duties such as faxing, copying and emailing, and meet key performance standards

Required profile

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center
• Able to handle 80-90 calls per day
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Proficiency in Portuguese (95%+) and English (95%+)
• Professional telephone etiquette, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work from home 80% of the time, in a quiet environment with minimal distractions
