Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our global team that supports healthcare, life‑science and electronics solutions. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every transaction is processed accurately and in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute accurate transaction processing and take full ownership of customer interactions.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Enter and manage internal and external orders and quotations across all sales channels.
• Research and resolve order‑related problems, including shipments, lost or damaged goods, and credit requests.
• Maintain customer data using Oracle, SAP, Salesforce and other internal applications.
• Support sales teams with order placement, status updates and complaint handling.
• Collaborate with Technical Service, Finance and Distribution to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow ISO, Sarbanes‑Oxley and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2).
• Strong interpersonal, listening and telephone communication skills.
• Highly motivated, organized and reliable attendance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC applications.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP or Salesforce (preferred).
• Ability to manage and distribute documentation within CRM/ERP systems.
• Quick learner of new software and evolving policies.
