Customer Growth Manager – Amazon Shipping

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Growth Manager to join Amazon Shipping’s emerging transportation business. In this role you will support high‑volume shippers, resolve escalations and drive proactive improvements to ensure partner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve missed, delayed or urgent pickup requests and coordinate timely responses.
• Investigate tracking anomalies and delivery delays, providing clear updates to shippers.
• Address invoicing discrepancies, manage payment processing issues and maintain account configurations.
• Guide shippers through claims for lost, damaged or delayed packages and ensure policy compliance.
• Analyze shipment data to identify trends, present insights in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews and promote self‑service tools.
• Manage complex cross‑functional escalations, collaborating with internal teams on issues such as property damage, vendor mis‑shipments, drop‑trailer incidents or API errors.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in business development, partnership management or new‑business sourcing.
• At least 3 years experience negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency with sales CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and experience managing a sales pipeline.
