Customer Care Specialist

About the role

The Customer Care Specialist will handle overseas order entry and respond to both internal and external inquiries via phone and email. The role focuses on delivering prompt, professional service while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Use the CRM system to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and monitor open cases.
• Process orders and complaints in the Oracle ERP system accurately and quickly.
• Collaborate with logistics, trade compliance, regulatory affairs, supply chain, and sales teams to solve customer problems.
• Create and maintain customer accounts and update case status.
• Participate in daily KPI meetings and continuous‑improvement activities under the Envista Business System.
• Complete required compliance and department trainings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant customer‑service experience, preferably with international customers.
• B2+ level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to type at least 50 wpm with 95 % accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP for order processing.
