About the role
Moog offers a performance‑driven culture where individuals are trusted to solve technical challenges. The CR Intern will join the Technical Services team in San José, providing essential administrative and clerical support under close supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reception duties, greet visitors, and issue security passes.
- Handle mailroom operations, document distribution, and filing.
- Administer the vehicle fleet and maintain related records.
- Support facility upkeep, ensuring clean and safe environments.
- Assist with library network operations and related services.
- Perform routine office equipment tasks and support technical staff as needed.
Required profile
- Works under close supervision with detailed instructions.
- Follows established processes for routine administrative tasks.
- No prior experience required; limited to no job knowledge needed.
- Demonstrates reliability and attention to detail in daily duties.
- Comfortable handling a variety of clerical and support activities.
