Cost & Supply Chain Finance Manager

About the role

Genpact is seeking a senior finance professional to lead cost accounting and supply chain finance activities across its global operations. The role combines deep manufacturing finance expertise with a focus on process transformation and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own month‑end accounting close, financial reporting, and quarterly forecasting for multiple sites.
• Drive annual budgeting, product costing, and new‑product cost development.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations, manage fixed‑asset and capital‑project accounting, and oversee year‑end financials and tax reporting.
• Ensure accurate, timely reporting for diverse stakeholder audiences.
• Interpret and apply accounting policies, identify process improvements, and prioritize transformation initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing finance team while acting as a change‑agent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience in cost accounting, manufacturing operations, or process optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
• Strong leadership and servant‑leadership mindset.
