Contracts Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Contracts Specialist to join our fast‑paced, collaborative team in Heredia, Costa Rica. In this hybrid role you will oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance and smooth coordination across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end contract review process from request intake through execution and final distribution.
• Review, draft, and revise contracts and amendments to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with Legal, Sales, and other cross‑functional teams during contract reviews.
• Support contract negotiations by reviewing requested modifications and facilitating internal approvals.
• Maintain and improve contract management processes, policies, and documentation.
• Track multiple contract requests simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
• Support special projects and continuous process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in contract administration.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Proven experience working closely with Sales teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience drafting contract amendments and reviewing legal documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
