Continuous Improvement Quality Manager

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Quality Manager leads major projects aimed at enhancing product quality and manufacturing efficiency. This role applies deep engineering knowledge, statistical analysis, and proven quality tools to drive systematic improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate complex improvement projects, ensuring alignment with overall technical strategy.
• Lead Kaizen (Kinshitsu) initiatives to reduce complaints, improve processes, and implement innovative solutions.
• Deliver A3 and DMAIC training, oversee CAPA activities, and monitor issue recurrence.
• Assess cross‑functional impacts of process changes and manage associated risks.
• Act as the organization’s spokesperson on advanced quality projects, authoring white papers and technical procedures.
• Promote Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing culture as part of OPEX site initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a BSc or MSc in Statistics is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in GMP‑regulated quality manufacturing.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex, intangible problems and to influence multi‑disciplinary teams.
