Content Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, data‑driven Content Marketing Manager to lead our B2B content initiatives. You will own the editorial calendar, create high‑impact assets, and leverage AI tools to boost efficiency and creativity while supporting the buyer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead content planning and execution, maintaining a consistent publishing cadence aligned with business priorities.
• Develop or manage the creation of blog posts, eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, video scripts, social content, and more.
• Use generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, CoPilot) for research, ideation, drafting, repurposing, and SEO optimization.
• Partner with digital marketing to implement SEO best practices and optimize content for reach and performance.
• Track content performance using Google Analytics or similar platforms and iterate strategy.
• Collaborate with sales, product, demand‑gen, and subject‑matter experts to tailor content for personas, verticals, and funnel stages.
• Manage freelance writers, designers, and video editors, providing clear briefs and direction.
• Support executives in developing thought‑leadership content for articles, presentations, and events.

Required profile

• 6–8+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS or a technical field.
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Strong time‑management, organizational, and project‑management skills.
• Hands‑on experience with content planning, editorial calendars, and cross‑functional collaboration.
