Consultor Funcional e Integraciones – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

About the role

Auxadi is seeking a Functional and Integrations Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to support active clients, assist the commercial cycle, and follow up on implementation projects. The position is onsite in Costa Rica and requires strong technical and communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support to Business Central clients.
• Gather requirements for enhancements and localizations specific to Costa Rica and Central America.
• Conduct commercial demonstrations and assist pre‑sales activities.
• Configure initial client setups and ensure smooth go‑live.
• Monitor implementation projects and coordinate client onboarding.
• Support technical teams in incident resolution.
• Communicate effectively with clients in Spanish and English.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a functional consultant for Business Central (or NAV).
• Hands‑on experience with Business Central localizations for Costa Rica/Central America.
• Proven track record in client support and commercial demos.
• Project management experience and ability to work with technical teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
