Consultant IV – Scrum/Business Analyst

About the role

The Consultant IV will act as a strategic partner, aligning stakeholders and driving the successful delivery of business initiatives. This role blends Scrum expertise with business analysis to shape processes, systems, and change initiatives toward a desired future state.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, ensuring buy‑in across functional tracks and workstreams.
• Lead or support complex projects, including change‑management activities and data‑analysis tasks.
• Promote learning by providing resources, advice, and expertise to colleagues and external partners.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop work plans, prioritize deliverables, and monitor progress.
• Identify improvement opportunities, influence decisions, and escalate high‑priority risks as needed.
• Support vendor management and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
