Concierge Manager – Luxury Boutique Hotel

About the role

As Concierge Manager you own the guest experience strategy at Silvestre and lead the Concierge & Guest Services department from the ground up. You will build a high‑performing team, manage departmental budgets and non‑room revenue, cultivate relationships with top local providers, and ensure every guest interaction reflects Silvestre’s standard of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, hire, train and develop the Concierge & Guest Services team, establishing staffing structures, shift schedules and performance processes.
• Design and execute the end‑to‑end guest journey, from pre‑arrival communication to post‑departure follow‑up, including VIP personalization and on‑site events.
• Own non‑room revenue targets by driving activity bookings, private dining, tours, transportation and other add‑on services while managing vendor contracts and pricing.
• Oversee day‑to‑day front‑of‑house operations, ensuring smooth guest flow, accurate use of MEWS, HubSpot CRM and POS systems, and collaboration with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance.

Required profile

• 5+ years in luxury hospitality, with at least 2–3 years in a management or department‑lead role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong business acumen to manage budgets, revenue targets and vendor relationships.
• Deep local knowledge of Nosara and the surrounding region.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays and evenings.
