About the role
We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Concierge to join our team in Santa Cruz, Costa Rica. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service and ensuring every stay is memorable.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with reservations, activity planning, and special requests.
- Coordinate local tours, transportation, and dining experiences.
- Handle front‑desk duties, including phone calls, emails, and check‑in/check‑out processes.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming workspace.
- Serve as the main liaison between guests and other hotel departments.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and capacity to multitask.
- Fluency in English; Spanish fluency highly preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality or tourism is a plus.
- Knowledge of local attractions and events in Costa Rica is advantageous.
