Concierge & Guest Service Manager

About the role

Ohana Vacations is seeking a dedicated Concierge & Guest Service Manager to lead guest‑facing services at its Tamarindo, Costa Rica location. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures every guest enjoys a seamless, welcoming experience from pre‑arrival through post‑departure.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate concierge requests such as airport transfers, grocery deliveries, tour bookings, and spa services.
• Handle guest communications via phone and email, and manage walk‑in inquiries at the Tamarindo office.
• Provide hands‑on support to guests, promptly resolve issues, and uphold high standards of service.
• Oversee front‑desk operations, including check‑in/check‑out procedures and reservation management.
• Maintain accurate records in property‑management and reservation systems.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish and proficient English.
• Strong background in concierge services, reservations, and front‑desk duties.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills to manage multiple guest needs.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, hotel, or vacation‑rental management.
• Willingness to work on‑site with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
