About the role
Join a global HR team and shape competitive compensation programs that drive pay equity and support business growth. You will use data‑driven rewards strategies, market insights, and strong governance to influence total rewards across the organization. Fluent English is mandatory for this position.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage global compensation and incentive programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
- Ensure pay equity and maintain global job frameworks.
- Support merit cycles, salary reviews, and compensation planning.
- Evaluate and classify roles using job evaluation methodologies.
- Manage compensation processes and transactions in Workday.
- Develop compensation reports, dashboards, and market insights.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on total rewards initiatives.
- Maintain global compensation policies and governance.
- Ensure compliance with audits, regulations, and company standards.
Required profile
- Fluent English.
