Cloud Architect (Remote, Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to join our team on a contract basis. This remote position focuses on designing, optimizing, and securing cloud environments for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess existing cloud infrastructure designs, recommending improvements and best practices.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation that supports robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions.
• Leverage Kubernetes expertise to enhance container orchestration, deployment, and scaling strategies.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline cloud operations, integration, and monitoring.
• Provide real‑world cloud infrastructure scenarios to advance AI understanding in this domain.
• Identify and remediate security or compliance risks within cloud environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Deep knowledge of cloud security, networking, and scalability concepts.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
