Client Development Manager

About the role
SPECTRAFORCE is building a world‑class delivery team in Costa Rica and seeks a Client Development Manager to drive new‑client acquisition and expand existing relationships. You will design and execute strategic sales plans that generate revenue and strengthen our presence with Fortune 500 clients.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Client Relations to identify target prospects and define sales objectives.
- Research and engage key decision‑makers, creating tailored outreach strategies.
- Develop innovative techniques to capture prospect interest and generate follow‑up discussions.
- Build and maintain a network of potential clients and industry contacts.
- Represent the company at conferences, converting leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with Client Services and Recruitment teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Act as escalation point for client concerns, resolving issues promptly.
- Lead negotiations and support various internal projects.
Required profile
- High school diploma/GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 4–5 years of professional B2B sales experience in Costa Rica.
- Proven record of new client acquisition and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong network within the Costa Rican business community.
- Experience in staffing, outsourcing, or near‑shore models serving U.S. clients.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
