Chofer Repartidor

About the role

The company is looking for a reliable Chofer Repartidor to ensure timely, safe and efficient delivery of products to customers in the San José area. The role involves following planned routes, maintaining service standards and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers according to the assigned schedule and route plan.
• Ensure safe handling and transport of goods, especially when delivering pharmaceutical items.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures as required.
• Report any delivery issues, vehicle problems or route obstacles to the supervisor.
• Keep the motorcycle and equipment in good working condition.

Required profile

• Basic education completed up to the 9th grade (General Basic Education III Cycle).
• Minimum two years of experience in delivery, distribution or messenger roles.
• Preferable experience in pharmaceutical distribution.
• Valid motorcycle driving license (A1, A2 or A3) and a valid B1 license.
• Good knowledge of local routes and zones in San José and surrounding areas.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Current COSEVI certification points and a clean criminal record.
