Chemistry & Python Expert – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Chemistry and Python expert to join our AI training platform on a freelance basis. You will design and develop computational chemistry problems that help evaluate and improve AI systems for leading tech companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design original computational chemistry problems that simulate real research workflows.
• Create Python‑based problem sets using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and domain‑specific chemistry packages.
• Ensure problems are computationally intensive and cannot be solved manually within reasonable timeframes.
• Develop challenges that require non‑trivial reasoning in physical, quantum, and molecular modeling.
• Base tasks on real research challenges or practical chemistry applications.
• Verify solutions with Python using standard computational chemistry approaches.
• Document problem statements clearly and provide verified correct answers.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in applied, research, or teaching roles.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1+).
• Experience with numerical methods and computational chemistry concepts.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• NumPy, Pandas, SciPy.
• MATLAB, R, C, SQL.
• Domain‑specific computational chemistry libraries.
