Category Management Manager – Caricam

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Category Management Manager for the Caricam region and drive the activation of promotional campaigns across our grocery customers. You will collaborate with brand and category teams to shape trade‑marketing strategies that boost sales and strengthen our snack portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Activate promotional campaigns and develop in‑store point‑of‑sale (POS) materials for the customer base.
• Explain activation vision, provide support assets, and define POS activation requirements.
• Engage brand and category teams on channel requirements, timelines, and campaign plans.
• Track, evaluate, and report activity versus plan, delivering insights for future strategy.
• Lead the trade‑marketing component of the category annual plan, including contract processes and sales quota setting.
• Analyze market dynamics and consumer insights by channel to influence trade‑marketing decisions.
• Suggest and manage investment in category building blocks, ensuring execution excellence at POS.
• Monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
• Provide channel‑specific POS information to uncover business opportunities such as innovations, promotions, pricing, and portfolio adjustments.

Required profile

• Experience in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, preferably with grocery customers.
• Project‑management experience in a supply‑chain or commercial context.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multi‑category teams and influence stakeholders.
• Future‑focused mindset with curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions, and consumer innovation.
