Canva User/Specialist (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Canva User/Specialist to support AI training initiatives. In this contractor position you will use your hands‑on Canva experience to create and manage design assets that help train next‑generation creative AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit and manage a variety of design assets in Canva for AI training purposes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver brand‑consistent materials.
• Document design processes and decisions to support data annotation and AI training.
• Provide feedback on Canva workflows and usability to improve team efficiency.
• Maintain organized repositories of creative files with proper version control.
• Communicate project updates clearly via written and verbal channels.
• Participate in regular virtual meetings and contribute to process‑improvement discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience using Canva at a user level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow guidelines precisely while applying creativity within set parameters.
• Familiarity with collaborative online tools and remote‑working best practices.
• Strong organizational skills for managing digital assets.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and comfortable working independently.
