Campaign Project Manager – Global Shared Services (Prime Video)

About the role

As a Campaign Project Manager in Global Shared Services for Prime Video, you will ensure on‑time delivery of marketing campaigns that delight customers. You will plan, track, and coordinate key milestones across the end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage low to mid‑complexity Prime Video marketing campaigns and monitor on‑time completion.
• Coordinate asset intake, design production, and delivery of key art and campaign assets.
• Oversee multiple work‑streams, set delivery expectations, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve escalations, removing obstacles that could delay campaign execution.
• Partner with Campaign Project Manager Leads to continuously improve processes and workflows.

Required profile

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment handling several priorities in parallel.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with a track record of building stakeholder relationships.
• Project‑management experience in marketing or the creative industry, with high ownership of delivery.
• Problem‑solver mindset capable of diagnosing issues and proposing solutions.
