Business Support Analyst

About the role

The Business Support Analyst – Client Focus will act as the bridge between RS2’s payment solutions and its banking clients. You will manage the full client lifecycle, from gathering requirements and implementing solutions to providing post‑go‑live support and ensuring service stability.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for change requests and enhancements.
• Coordinate delivery activities, including testing, user‑acceptance testing and release management.
• Support solution configuration, validation and implementation of Bankworks products.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for production incidents, service requests and operational escalations.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues in line with agreed SLAs and drive problem‑management initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal delivery, support, technical and quality‑assurance teams.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in the card payments industry.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end client engagements and deliver business analysis, service delivery and production support.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and payment processing workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with card payment systems and related business processes.
• Familiarity with release management and change‑control procedures.
