About the role
We are looking for a Brand Reputation Specialist to manage our social media presence, engage with customers, and protect the online reputation of MainStreet Renewal.
Key responsibilities
- Manage social media channels and online reviews.
- Respond to inquiries and manage escalations from start to resolution.
- Identify resident feedback and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and support reputation reporting.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or customer support preferred.
- Strong written communication and escalation management skills.
- Experience with social media, online communities, and reputation management tools.
