Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a high‑level US or Canadian startup executive. This full‑time remote position is open to candidates based anywhere in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, or Nicaragua.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, create reports, develop SOPs, maintain documentation, and coordinate projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to work proactively and handle ambiguity.

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
