About the role
We are looking for a bilingual (English‑Spanish) Virtual Executive Assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. The role is fully remote and focuses on both high‑level administrative and operational tasks, helping the executive stay organized and efficient.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
- Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, create reports, SOPs, and documentation.
- Coordinate projects and facilitate internal communication across teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager).
- C1 level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- At least one prior role held for 2 + years.
- Proactive attitude and comfort working independently.

What we offer
- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total.
- Salary raises every six months.
