Bilingual Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, people‑focused Bilingual Recruiter to lead the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, excels at building relationships, and can provide a seamless, positive experience for candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in‑person interviews, evaluating candidates against role requirements.
• Communicate consistently with candidates in English and Spanish throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of talent and partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and manage candidate communication.
• Perform reference checks and support background‑check procedures.
• Extend offers, discuss compensation, and guide candidates through pre‑employment steps.
• Keep accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure timely updates.
• Represent the company at career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by engaging candidates from varied backgrounds.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaborate with hiring teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with online recruiting platforms.
