B2B Sales Representative – Cold Email Outbound Closer

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing B2B Sales Representative to join a fast‑growing partner company. In this remote, full‑time position you will own the end‑to‑end sales process, turning cold‑email leads into qualified opportunities and closing mid‑to‑high‑ticket deals.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery and sales calls with outbound prospects.
• Execute the full sales cycle: qualification, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close.
• Convert cold‑email leads into revenue opportunities and apply structured qualification frameworks.
• Handle objections, conduct ROI‑focused product demonstrations, and manage proposals and follow‑ups.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline, update the CRM daily, and provide end‑of‑day pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with SDR and leadership teams to continuously improve outbound performance.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years proven B2B sales experience with documented quota achievement.
• Full‑cycle sales experience with strong outbound (cold‑email) outreach.
• Track record of closing mid‑to‑high‑ticket deals.
• Fluent English and confident executive‑level communication.
• Resilient, self‑motivated, and able to own pipeline and results.
